With over 17 years of leadership experience, she develops policy at the Headquarters U.S. Space Force and leads youth programs focused on discipline, personal growth, and success. Her workshops combine structure, strategy, and inspiration to help young people build confidence, financial literacy, and real-world life skills they can use to achieve lasting success.

Students learn to manage money, set goals, communicate effectively, stay healthy, and understand their rights. Each month brings a new theme — from mastering money to building discipline, health, and self-advocacy — because real confidence comes from real-world knowledge.
